I'm Nefarious J.R. Bane, a genre-fluid author, ghostwriter, worldbuilder, animator, and lyricist with an overactive imagination and a perfectly reasonable obsession with dragons.
I don't just write stories. I build entire galaxsies, give their people histories, languages, magic, monsters, and music...and then occasionally make them move on camera just to prove I can.
(Hollywood is taking entirely too long to discover me, so I figured I’d start making the movies myself.)
I create fantasy where everyone has a chance to find someone who looks, loves, or fights like them, while proudly putting people of color where we've always belonged: at the forefront of the adventure. Around here, nobody is limited to the background.
I’m the one responsible for all of this: the books, the languages, the music, the magic and the mayhem.

Synopsis
